DUAL ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
1) Hight-resistance, compact joints achieved by embedding beams between the pallets, eliminating the surface weakness and subsequent premature splintering of the assembly joints.
The beams act as an internal skeleton for the trays, enabling the vibration to be spread evenly over the entire surface and ensuring that the wooden pallet for concrete machine never support the vibration of the press individually, which would cause the joints between the boards to weaken over time.
2) Automatic pressing and gluing with polymerised resin using a hot-plate press.
The adhesive is applied evenly along the laths to acheive an optimum joint, which is not the case with other gluing systems, such as the dovetail system in which the adhesive is displaced when assembling the wooden pallets.
